The genius  cannot verbalize how they success.

When they instruct their subordinate, it is too often seen that they attribute their success not to the innate talent, but the passion. And this makes subordinates feel so disappointed because they attribute their failure to one's innate talent. For the mediocre like me, such advice is insignificant.

But now I am beginning to think that being mediocre is something valuable, because the mediocre can verbalize the process to which one has succeed, and this means the other mediocre can follow the road to success.

My mission as one of the mediocre is to set a rail on which every mediocre can walk on.
